Witnesses would have to help victims of corporal punishment?

Munich - 20 people watched the terrible drama at the Munich S-Bahn station Solln.
20 people who Dominik B. (50 †) are not rushed to help when he was beaten by two thugs in broad daylight and kicked to death. Had these witnesses have to do more, they have neglected their duties as citizens?
20 witnesses have now reported to the police - and the whole of Germany wonder: Had they all made 20 against the two juvenile offenders, as Dominik would not live then? The police confirmed that the children who wanted to protect as against the thugs who asked passers-by for help.
Some of these passers-by actually calling the police, then came to their duty. But was that enough? The public prosecutor has opened an investigation because of failure to assist against witnesses. That is the legal side. "The moral evaluation is a different matter," said prosecutor Laurent Lafleur "Süddeutsche Zeitung".
The event "failure to assist" is an area with many gray areas. Under § 323C of the Penal Code makes each of the "in case of accidents or common danger or distress does not help, when required and expected of him under the circumstances (...) is" punishable by law.
But what is "reasonable under the circumstances"? "As a main principle: I help myself without their own peril," says Harald Schmidt, CEO of the Central office of the Police Crime Prevention of the countries and the federal government to EXPRESS.
Nevertheless, one can do in such moments more. "The crowd often makes the difference. Talk to other witnesses actively and directly: "You with the green T-shirt with the hat, come on, because someone needs our help. '" Says Schmidt. "Often people need a push to overcome her of shock too. Thus, a joint parliamentary group may enjoin offenders to stop. "
A common front - it would have probably saved the lives Dominik B.. He now receives the Bavarian Order of Merit posthumously for his courage.

Lovers necking in Danger

The young Chinese Zhuhai in Guangdong Province was not expecting full well that a kiss with her lover she brings to the hospital.
In her mouth was such a strong negative pressure that her smooth, the eardrum is torn. And it is not a kiss-breakdown-case basis:
Happiness in the happiness wobble had a young couple in Offenbach on Monday night. On a platform a 18-year-old her 20-year-old friend fell around her neck because she was pleased with a gift.
Kissing but lost his balance and fell onto the track - before an oncoming train! Both escaped in time between the rails, suffered only minor injuries.
Actress Jessica Alba kissing at shooting straight to her dentist's chair. In the fall of 2007, she went and her colleague, Dane Cook at shooting of the film "Good Luck Chuck" a little too hot to the point and the two broke off a tooth.

Charlie's last tour

Dusseldorf --
Farewell to drummer Charlie Weiss. Jazz musicians, Kraut rock, pubs Legends: 500 years in Düsseldorf subculture in honor of gray. All represented!
Helge Schneider, best friend of the deceased, was at the entrance to the cemetery, the direction of North: "If you still want Charlie's see who is back there."
"Over there" was the little room behind the farewell chapel. Here stood silently companions to take a last look at Charlie.
The musician was laid out with a drum in the coffin. The sticks in hand, sunglasses, sneakers.
As support for the long "tour", a flyer for the band Kraftwerk (White was once a drummer for the famous Dusseldorf), and a record of rock and roll legend Bill Haley. Helge Schneider: "The've tricked me - anyway belonged to him."
The Chapel - totally crowded. Kraftwerk founder Florian Schneider, the artist Peter Rübsam, Markus Tollmann, Jürgen Weber. The musicians Uwe Walter, Frank Michaelis, Frank Köllges, Peter Thoms, Peter Weiss and Wolfgang Engstfeld, ex-Dr. Jazz Lous Dassen boss: tightly packed, they listened to the funeral music and were able to suppress a smile now and then not.
Helge himself had sat down behind the church organ, played one last time for his friend. Schneidermäßig. Somewhere between Bach, jazz and fidelem solo. Sad, witty, oblique.
No sermon, but Hermann Hesse and anecdotes from Charlie's life. Then it was final. The black hearse Charlie Weiss went to his last "tour". He was 70 years old.
