EXPRESS clarifies the main questions raised by the international match against Chile-rejection.
What does the rejection? The DFB lost revenue of approximately € 5 million.
How does the card return? The 37 000 fans who have purchased their tickets in advance, the full ticket price (including the booking fee will be refunded). The refund will be processed through the one outlet through which the card was purchased. The payment can be made only upon presentation of original tickets or after submission of the original ticket. Ticket returns must include the following information: sender and bank details.
